PJ could be an Eel again

Rumours that PJ Marsh would rejoin Parramatta appear to be on the money, with the brilliant, but injured half/hooker granted a release today by the New Zealand Warriors, the New Zealand Herald has reported.

The story said "Marsh and his wife, Kelly, are returning to Sydney for the birth of their first child".

"I have enjoyed my time in Auckland as I have played my best football here. I went on to play in a Grand Final and played State of Origin for Queensland from the Warriors," Marsh was quoted as saying.

Results of Marsh' latest surgery, which will determine if he can play again after suffering a career-threatening neck injury are not yet know, but if successful it would seem likely he may again wear Blue and Gold.
