Marsh may sign with Eels this week
PJ Marsh passed a medical clearance on Friday and is "poised" to join the Parramatta club this week, the Sydney Morning Herald has reported.
Steve Mascord quoted Marsh's manager as confirming the half/hooker had recieved a clearance while coach Brian Smith confirmed the Eels were talking to PJ.
"He does have some [more] medical tests coming up and we wouldn't be signing him unless the results are positive. But we have had some talks and hopefully we'll be able to finalise something in the next few days," Smith said.
Marsh's manager said there was one other club, which has previously been reported as being South Sydney, who were interested in his services.
