1Eyed Eel breaks 20,000 hits
As of this week, this humble little blog has been served up more than 20,000 times!
What started out as a bit of an experiment is now being read by hundreds of Eels fans each week and it has been a thoroughly rewarding experience for me and hopefully a useful resource for Parra supporters everywhere.
A very big thank you for all the people who said thanks or well done along the way. Those kind words kept me going when I started to doubt I could find the time to keep going and helped the 1Eyed Eel complete its debut season.
I have no doubt 2005 is going to be a big year for the Parramatta Eels – the quality and depth that Parramatta is assembling in its playing ranks for next season is quite remarkable. Like the Eels, this website has every intention of returning bigger and better for the start of the new season but in the meantime we’ll continue to bring you any developments that take place during the finals and off-season. It would appear there are a number of big announcements still to be made regarding 2005.
